Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FocusFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

FocusFlow is a productivity and focus application designed to help users, particularly those with ADHD, manage tasks and maintain focus. The App provides:

  • Task management and organization tools
  • Focus timer and body doubling features
  • AI-powered coaching and task breakdown (requires subscription for unlimited use)
  • Progress tracking and resilience systems

User Accounts

FocusFlow does not require account creation for basic functionality. Your data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to use features that require server processing (such as AI features), you acknowledge that some data will be transmitted to our servers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

FocusFlow offers a free tier with limited access to AI features (1 use per day). Core features including task management, focus timer, and body doubling are available without subscription.

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are available as monthly ($2.99/month) or annual ($19.99/year) plans. Subscriptions provide unlimited access to all AI-powered features and premium ambient sounds.

Billing

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Circumvent any technological measures designed to protect the App
  • Share your subscription with others or use the App on behalf of a third party for commercial purposes

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by FocusFlow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content

Important: FocusFlow is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition including ADHD. Always consult with healthcare professionals for medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOCUSFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
